Playing their roles to perfection, James and Adam from What a Tool Plumbers are visiting a clients' house for what should be an easy job. Experienced plumber Adam tells apprentice James about the issue and what they need to do to fix it. An easy job. Or so he thought. While the apprentice makes all the mistakes it's the boss that cops all the mess. Or is it?
