They're playing a silly game called Get Your Balls Out!
They have to jiggle their asses to get all the ping pong balls out of the container strapped to their waists. The loser goes in the gunge tank for a yellow gunging with some squirts of blue gunge from the gun! They also lie in the gunge to make sure they're fully covered!
